**Founder of Behavior In Motion, a company dedicated to providing a behavioral approach to improve strength, coordination, sensory, and social goals.

**Behavior Therapist and Special needs educator for over 16 years.

**Masters in Education, Specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis.

 

In 2001 Jay began working with children with autism as a Behavior Therapist for California Institute of Behavior Analysis. Over the next 4 years, he was trained in implementing Applied Behavior Techniques and instructional programs, including teaching expressive and receptive language, self help skills, gross and fine motor skills, and other special needs educational programs for children.

 In 2005 Jay began his 8-year employment with Big Fun Recreation and Occupational Therapy, serving as the District Manager of the Northern Los Angeles County region, acting as a Recreation Coach, Big Fun trainer, and Parent trainer of behavior modification, gymnastics, and gym safety through July 2013. 

In 2011 Jay graduated from California State Northridge with a degree in Music. Jay’s course work included Child Psychology, Psychology of Music, Disabled Populations, Biology, Behavior Modification, and Music Therapy. Jay possesses over 16 years experience teaching children and young adults, as well as working with typical and disabled populations, including those with Autism, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Cognitive Delay, Down syndrome, Blindness, and the Elderly.

In July of 2013,  Jay formed Behavior In Motion, a company dedicated to providing a behavioral approach to improve strength, coordination, sensory, and social goals.

 In 2017 Jay graduated a masters program obtaining a  Masters degree in Education with a Specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis through National University.
